Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has announced that it has not received orders to employ into permanent terms the Board of Management (BoM) teachers who belong to State House Girls.
As stated in a memo signed by one of the legal officers at the TSC headquarters ,the letter addressing Mugeria Lempaa and Kariuki Advocates, stated clearly that the government has documented channels of communicating information that impacts public policy and practice by TSC .
Part of the letter indicated that the commission is unaware of any request by H.E. the President William Ruto to employ the teachers directly engaged by the BOM, at State House Girls, Nairobi.
TSC further said that the Head of Public Service has not made any such request or directive to the Commission on behalf of the presidency to have the teachers employed.
TSC therefore said that incase such a request is made to the commission, then this request will be considered and processed per the legal and regulatory requirements of the commission.

TSC said that it strictly adheres to the values and principals of Public Service, among the some noble ideas espoused by the Constitution and statute law.
The teachers service commission normally makes an announcement on its portal on availability of vacancies and teachers who are trained and qualified as then asked to apply.
